LEARN MORE: Eckhart Tolle
There is a wealth of free information waiting for you to access when you are ready. It is often said, "When the student is ready, the teacher will appear." Over the eight years I have studied Buddhism and Mindfulness, I have discovered that I absorb information better by listening rather than reading text. I will be posting here periodically with reviews of books, podcasts, etc. that might be helpful in your journey.
Pema Chodron, Eckhart Tolle, Thich Nat Than, Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield are just a few of the teachers that have greatly expanded my awareness. I can stream them through Spotify, audible books, and even some of the mindfulness apps. When I notice my monkey mind taking over my awareness, I will often listen to one of my favorite talks and quickly find myself feeling reset and ready to be present.

This post features Eckhart Tolle's book, "The Power of Now" which I own in audio format and listen to often. The material is a deep dive into the concept of being fully present and explains how to awaken to a higher consciousness in your life. By following these teachings, you may experience greater inner peace, more joy and have more harmony in your relationships.
